Owner FAQ
Straight answers before you pilot.
Everything restaurant and salon owners usually ask before starting Encore Guest Rewards.
Does this cost my business money?
No. We fund the dining certificates and service credits. You place invitations; we handle guest support, training materials, and reimbursements for redeemed rewards.
Does this create work for my staff?
Minimal. Servers and stylists briefly introduce the invitation — no hard selling. We provide a short script and refresher training. Scheduling, reminders, and guest questions go through our Rewards Center.
Who funds the certificates and service credits?
Encore Guest Rewards. Guests earn a dining certificate or service credit after verified attendance at a short Zoom presentation. Your restaurant or salon is reimbursed when rewards are redeemed (per your program agreement).
When are certificates or credits issued?
After a guest completes the Zoom presentation and our team marks the tour as a Qualified Tour in Zoho CRM. That triggers a unique dining certificate or service credit (with QR code) sent by email and text. The invitation is promotional only — not the paid reward.
How do staff redeem a certificate or credit?
No app to download. The server or stylist opens their phone camera, scans the guest’s QR code, and a web page opens. They enter your location’s short PIN and tap Redeem. Encore records the redemption so we can reimburse you.
When am I reimbursed?
Reimbursement happens when a certificate or credit is redeemed at your location — not when it is issued. Staff bonuses and rep commissions are separate and run when the tour is marked Qualified Tour.
What is the staff bonus?
Servers and stylists earn a $25 cash bonus (paid by us) for each guest who attends the presentation after their introduction.
Can you send me guest contact info for marketing?
Yes — only when the guest opts in. On the Rewards Center scheduling call, we ask permission to share their name and contact info with your restaurant or salon for offers and updates. Saying no never affects their dining certificate or service credit. We only deliver opted-in contacts.
Is this a timeshare or travel club promotion?
No. Materials state clearly: this is not a timeshare or travel club promotion. Guests attend a short travel savings presentation and may receive dining, service-credit, and hotel-related offers as described in the program.
How do we start?
Request a walkthrough on the home page. We’ll confirm a short meeting, review the pilot, supply materials, and train your team.
